Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Jade Holistic Spa

Your appointment time is especially reserved for you. As a courtesy to our guests and therapists, we require at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel any appointments (48 hours for multiple service bookings). A cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or no shows will be charged in full or the equivalent deduction from gift card / certificates.


We value your time at Jade Holistic Spa and want you to enjoy every moment. Arriving early is especially important for your first visit, as you will be asked to complete a confidential spa intake form to help us address your specific needs. Please inform us of any medical conditions, including pregnancy, so we can ensure your safety and comfort. Relax and enjoy some herbal tea as you prepare for your spa journey.

Should you arrive late for your appointment, in consideration of our next guest, you will receive the best possible treatment in a shortened time.

Spa Guidelines

To ensure tranquility within our spa, we ask that all electronic equipment be turned off.

We advise you not to bring any precious belongings into the spa; although we will do our best to locate and return them, we cannot be responsible for any personal belongings left behind.

Jade Holistic Spa is pleased to accept Cash, Debit, Visa, and MasterCard. Our prices and services are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes or gratuities.

Refund Policy

All In-Spa Retail Purchases – including skincare and body care products, may be returned within 14 days for a house credit or exchange. Returns are valid only for products that are sealed, unopened, unused and in its original condition. Gift Cards/Certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
